Today’s Breakfast:

Broiled Tilapia, instant grits with Pepperjack cheese and Egg Beaters with one fat free cheese slice. 

My eating window is 12-6 so I consume all my calories in that window. I do fasted cardio every morning anywhere from 30-45 minutes, weight training in the afternoon or evening followed by another 25-45 minute cardio session. I am also carb cycling 145g, 125g, 100g, 70g rotation

I am 17 days out from the Ronnie Coleman Classic and currently 124.4lbs so I’m right on target and ready to rock that stage 😊😊😊 

Getting fit can be fun!
